At Micro Kickboard, we want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all manuals and tools. Ensure the scooter is clean and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
