What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Micro scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all Micro Kickboard scooters come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover wear and tear or misuse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are replacement parts available for purchase?
Sustainability is a core value for us. We offer a full range of replacement parts—from wheels to brakes—to ensure your scooter lasts for years and can be passed down to siblings.
Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?
Most of our 3-wheel scooters require minimal assembly, typically just clicking the handlebar into the deck. Tools and clear instructions are provided for models that require additional setup.
